Candy Can Do It is an integrated course for beginners , providing teachers and learners with all the materials needed to introduce them to the new language: books, telecasts, songs, chants, dialogs and games. Pupils experience the language by active participation, based on the belief that language is most effectively acquired when learners are actively involved in the process. The course includes a comprehensive reading program integrating all language skills.
The nine video programs are developed around authentic popular children's songs. Each episode presents a dramatic situation which emphasises positive interaction between the characters, through amusing, recognisable and appealing story situations. Through social interaction and a rich variety of communicative activities, pupils learn and use the language in a holistic manner that emphasises meaning rather than language forms.
The pupils book presents the characters, situations and rich vocabulary through photographs and varied visual data. It is designed to trigger meaningful language for communication. All the tasks, activities, games and songs are designed to make learning an enjoyable and positive experience.
Two activity books offer a wide range of communicative activities which gradually lead to letter recognition and reading of a variety of text types. Both global and phonic reading skills are enhanced. The task based activities encourage pupils to use language purposefully for giving instructions, asking and answering questions, exchanging information, finding differences and similarities etc.
Two listening cassettes include songs, dialogues and activities for purposeful listening. Instructions, explanations and page numbers are read out in Hebrew or Arabic.
The teacher's guide provides detailed lessons plans as well as a bank of additional activities.

Seven in Heaven is a fully integrated course of study for pupils who have completed two years of English as a foreign language. The story follows the lives of two sisters and a brother, focusing on their relationships with other family members, neighbours and friends. It is presented through a situation comedy that is appealing to young learners, and at the same time raises awareness of educational values such as civic behaviour, tolerance towards and consideration of others, contributing to the community and caring about the environment.
The pedagogical rationale of the book is based on the belief that:
- language learning takes place through exposure to rich, meaningful language.
- language learning is most effective when pupils are actively involved in the learning by being required to use the language to do things
- language learning is more effective when the content relates to pupils interests and lives
- language learning is enhanced by songs, rhymes, chants, games and other motivating activities
  The coursebook offers a rich variety of activities around topics such as friends, feelings, clothes, music and the environment. Reading is developed by means of a wide range of text types, integrating the mechanics of reading while developing reading strategies and skills.
  The teaching of grammar is contextualised, with the emphasis on meaning rather than form. Actitivities are designed to be communicative so that the learner uses structures and patterns in authentic situations before attention is drawn to them. The language activities include structured pair work, group work, purposeful listening, problem solving and higher order thinking skills.
- The workbook offers additional opportunities for practice through exercises graded for level of difficulty.
- The audio cassette includes many of the dialogues which are part of the video films, as well as the appealing songs which accompany each unit.
- The added dimension of the ten video episodes is a central feature of the series which brings to life the language being studied in amusing, recognisable and authentic situations. Research has indicated that the use of a variety of media greatly enhances language learning as it accommodates the fact of different learning styles among the pupils.
- The detailed teachers guide offers objectives for the various activities, suggestions for ways of implementing them, the tie in with the work book and the video as well as additional suggestions and activities.

TAKE 5 is a topic based integrated course book for the upper intermediate level which implements the New Curriculum both in its pedagogical approach and in the learning strategies it promotes. As they follow the lives of a group of students at a film school, learners explore relevant real life issues and dilemmas of personal and universal concern. In keeping with the New Curriculum, English is used to build on and extend world knowledge over a wide range of stimulating topics.
TAKE 5 is a multimedia program, offering eight video films that carry the story line of the book. Each episode presents a social situation, a moral dilemma and a film-making technique. The use of video adds an extra dimension to classroom learning, introduces authentic spoken English into the lesson and brings the language to life in each of the dramatic episodes. It also recognises the reality of different learning styles and the value of offering students a variety of media to accommodate those styles.
