Midreshet Sde Boker, with the support of the Joint, Israel, established this site for the deaf and hard of hearing.

The aim of this project is to create a framework of mutual assistance for the deaf and hard of hearing by using the Internet as a tool.

The site is being continually updated with important and relevant information.
