I came to Israel for a one month vacation and stayed. I was enraptured by the kibbutz lifestyle, but left to form an artist's commune with jazz musicians, photographers and artists. I was the puppeteer in the group and came to English teaching in order to incorporate theatre in the classroom.

I've been writing poetry since the age of 15 and have been published in "Action Poetry: Literary Tribes for the Internet Age", "Lightburst from a Cactus Bubble" and "Spiritworld Restless". I have also published about 8 chapbooks.

I presently live on Kibbutz Nir-Oz. I teach English at Ma'ale Habsor Comprehensive School, am facilitator for our English Learning Centre and put into practice the belief that education through the arts enriches the mind.
