Metuna, Israels leading non- profit organization fighting traffic accidents
launched this initative to bring attention to the terrible and needless loss
of human life (556 killed and 2541 seriously injured in 2002) on our roads.
The competition in memory of Hadas Polak was devised by Debbie Rubin Fields
and sponsored by Eric Cohen books.
