3 year follow up page

The 3 year follow up page is helpful for keeping track of what each learner has done in the 10th, 11th and 12th grades. There is a place for recording the titles and grades of the stories, book projects, poems and plays, as well as recording which module the learner has tested on and what grades were achieved. Each teacher fills one out for each pupil in her/his class. At the end of the year, all of the pages for that class should be given to the coordinator for review and safekeeping. At the start of the new year, the pages can be redistributed to the class teacher: if a pupil has moved class, the page goes with that pupil to the new class. If a teacher has changed, the new teacher has a clear record of what each learner has been taught and tested on. Marking which items are included in which yearly grade (by highlighting) also helps keep track.
