Explanation - Using the new edition of the Oxford Student's Dictionary (blue cover)
This is a treasure hunt I made up as one of the enabling skills I did for the project work I used in my 10th grade class: but it is a MUST for any learner using this dictionary (IMHO) because it teaches them how to use the different aspects of the dictionary. It includes an answer key. If you use another dictionary in class, I HIGHLY recommend developing a similar treasure hunt - and add it to our list!
